About Me
I’m James Kwesi Addison, the CEO of Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence (AICEI)
James Kwesi Addison is Ghana’s first internationally qualified emotional intelligence master coach. James’ training was facilitated by E.Q development group on behalf of Multiple Health Systems Incorporated, Canada. He is certified to administer E.Q 2.(i) and E.Q (360). He established Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence (AICEI) which is Ghana’s premier center dedicated to building emotional capital in Ghana and beyond. This center has trained various organizations in Ghana, including the Ghana Police Service, the Army (48 regiments), Star Assurance, Ghana Lands Commission and many more.
