Ghana’s First Internationally Certified Emotional Intelligence Master Coach Engaged by Leading Institutions

In a historic milestone, Mr. Addison has been appointed by the GNAT Institute for Research and Industrial Relations Studies, in collaboration with their Division of Continuous Professional Development, as a special consultant and facilitator for their flagship program, Emotional Intelligence for Transformational Leadership and Management. This makes him the first Ghanaian emotional intelligence expert engaged by these two prestigious institutions to deliver such specialized training.

Mr. James Kwesi Addison, Ghana’s first Internationally Certified Emotional Intelligence Master Coach, has stated that it is time every Ghanaian workplace ensures that no voice went unheard.

Mr. Addison made the suggestion at the launch of a 100-page book titled: “Voices Unmuted: Psychological Safety and Leadership in Ghanaian Work Culture”, at Accra.

Sanlam Allianz General Insurance Ghana Limited has charted a new course toward people-centered leadership following its executive team’s transformative training in emotional intelligence at the Coconut Grove Hotel in Accra.

The session was facilitated by James Kwesi Addison, CEO of Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence and Ghana’s first internationally certified Emotional Intelligence Master Coach. Through engaging discussions and interactive exercises, executives explored how emotional intelligence can enhance leadership, promote employee well-being, and enhance client relations.
