James Kwesi Addison is Ghana’s first internationally qualified emotional intelligence master coach. James’ training was facilitated by E.Q development group on behalf of Multiple Health Systems Incorporated, Canada. He is certified to administer E.Q 2(i) and E.Q (360). He established Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence (AICEI) which is Ghana’s premier center dedicated to building emotional capital in Ghana and beyond.

Kofi Addison is currently based in the United States of America and is a Consultant, Trainer, Inspirational, Motivational Speaker, Pastor, Author, Life and Business Coach, whose expansive knowledge of Career, Business Consulting, Leadership Training, Life Coaching and Seminars has helped transform lives and businesses. Kofi is the CEO of Matured Leadership Consult Limited, a leading Motivational, Training and Corporate Development Company which has delivered tailor made solutions to prestigious organizations Locally and Internationally.

Dr. Isaac Adupong

Dr. Isaac Adupong is a results-driven leadership and transformation consultant with over 20 years of professional experience across public and private sectors in Africa. As a core member of AICEI, he brings extensive experience in institutional restructuring, strategy execution, organizational development and leadership capacity building – with a special focus on power skills.

Emmanuel Yevenyo is a seasoned banking Operations Advisor and Technologist with over 30 years of progressive experience in operational transformation, digital banking, and ICT enablement. His career has spanned senior management roles at financial institutions—including a transformative tenure at GCB Bank Plc and his current strategic leadership at iBanking Solutions Limited.
