Mr. Bernard Joe Appeah is a seasoned development management consultant, trainer, and motivational speaker with over three decades of professional experience across governance, leadership, and human capital development. He is the CEO of Pentax Management Consultancy Services Limited and Pentax Realty Limited, and has held senior roles in finance, education, and advisory services both in Ghana and internationally.

Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII
Board Member
His Royal Majesty Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII is the Paramount Chief of the Abeadze Traditional Area and a respected traditional leader in Ghana. A former Vice President of the National House of Chiefs and Member of the Council of State, he champions youth empowerment and emotional intelligence. As a member of the AICEI Advisory Board, he brings invaluable wisdom, leadership, and vision to advancing the center’s mission.

Thecia Jenkins Kwarteng

Thecia Jenkins Kwarteng is a U.S.-based Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Behavioral Consultant, and Domestic Violence Expert. With a warm, heart-centered approach, she empowers individuals to deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and unlock their potential. As a board member of the Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence, she brings insight, empathy, and creative strategies that inspire personal transformation and professional growth

Mr. Kofi Addison

Kofi Addison is a leadership consultant, trainer, author, and pastor whose work blends professional excellence with spiritual depth. He is the CEO of Matured Leadership Consult Ltd., a corporate training and development firm that has served organizations in Ghana and abroad with practical, transformative leadership solutions.
Currently based in the United Kingdom, Kofi also serves as Area Superintendent and Senior Minister of the Apostolic Church International (UK, Area A), embodying his unique role as a Pastorpreneur—bridging business leadership and faith.

He has trained and coached corporate leaders, professionals, youth, and students, helping them build resilience, empathy, and ethical leadership. As CEO of the Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence, he leads the Center’s mission to cultivate emotionally intelligent leaders for Africa and beyond.
