The annual event dubbed ‘The Emotional Intelligence Africa Summit’ organized by Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence in Ghana is a key event aimed at promoting the understanding, development, and application of emotional intelligence (EI) across Africa. The summit brings together thought leaders, experts, and professionals from diverse industries to explore how emotional intelligence can transform leadership, organizational performance, and personal growth. This summit was launched in December, 2018 in Ghana.
