The talk on emotional intelligence is very important especially for today's parents and nationals of every country. Meeting with Mr. Addison has really provoked our thoughts and consciousness on emotional intelligence. We have to be very intentional about emotional intelligence and actions that we take to develop and build it to always look at the critical ingredients in managing them and also improve our experience in managing our children and not be assuming or dictating their actions. For me, i would say to all that we all need to sit in talks with Mr. Addison and buy his books to read which is very environmental and a journey we have to make

I think it is a good thing, it is very positive and everything we are learning here is very useful. Mr. Addison is giving us insightful information, things to push us through life and not just through life but then to help our work also. In this training i have learned that every emotion is okay but then it is with how you are going to control it and how that emotion is going to affect your behavior. I also learned that we should control our emotions, take care of our emotions with the people around us because their emotions matter as well. I would recommend Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence to every working industry and i believe we should all adopt this training

I have learnt a lot from Mr. Addison's emotional intelligence training. I got to know that emotions, if not properly managed can damage something that you have built for a long time and it would be vey difficult to go back to how it was before.
